How We Started
Let’s talk about us, JM Property Management was established in 2017 in Israel. The purpose of JM Property Management is to search and manage properties throughout Greece for clients – investors from abroad, primarily Israelis, due to our knowledge of the Hebrew language and extensive experience from my residency in Israel.
Beyond Borders
Over the years, we expanded to investors from other countries where we continue to operate today, including Turkey, Serbia, and Romania. Today, our office boasts a large portfolio offering comprehensive solutions and services, always in collaboration with professionals required to complete an investment in Greece.
The headquarters
In 2022, our headquarters relocated to Greece for purely operational reasons. This change has afforded us the ability to execute flexible, swift, and effective actions in serving our clients. The office collaborates with specific real estate agencies in Greece and has focused on specific cities and regions in recent years. Founded by Mr. Joseph Mevorach, the company is headquartered in Kavala.

Joseph (Fikos) Mevorach founded his office in 2017 in Israel, specializing in property management throughout Greece, primarily serving international clients and investors. Now based in Kavala, his firm focuses on specific cities and regions in Greece, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to the needs of international clients, thus strengthening his presence in the Greek real estate sector.
